INSULATED PANEL MACHINE
Double sided panel in
formed and smooth finish.
Panels from 32mm to 150mm, optional 200mm.
Feed .45mm to .55mm high tensile, 1220mm wide feed with 1200mm wide coverage.
The machine has auto single feed by air cylinder for positive end attachment, side rolling heads and machining for lock seam –currently the machine is set up for up to 6M panel length, however, longer is possible.
Included are decoilers
and additional mandrels – 3 ton capacity.
Gluing heads – mixers – variable speed glue pumps – variable
material feed rates and heaters are controlled from a central console.
